National Park of Vikos-Aoos.
Drakolimni of Gamila (Dragon Lake).
In the verge of the ravine of Aoos in 2.050 m
altitude, you will meet this alpine lake. Its place
is particularly impressive and the landscape you
will admire is unique. It has permanent water
and its particular characteristic is the Alpine
Triton (Triturus alpestris), a rare species of
amphibians that resemble small dragons. These
creatures that live in the cold water of the lake
have contributed in the past to the creation of
legends that speak of the presence of dragons
in the region.

Very good landscape pic. Especially the reflection,too bad the water wasn't quite calm,but I guess there is not much you can do about it. Great effect anyway!

Nice landscape with a good composition, the main elements of the picture are well equilibrated. I like the green tones and the deep colors of the reflects on the lake. It must be a very nice place.

Interesting "eye" effect with the sky coming through.

Hello Atha - the quality of the scan is fine, and the view is very dramatic, with the combination of sharp peaks and a perfect reflective lake, the light appears difficult, the contrast is very high, and the sunlit slopes appear too bright on my monitor. Perhaps decreasing the overall brightness at the expense of the shadows getting darker may work better.
