Photographer's Note
The temple was built in 550BC. The temple originally had 38 columns, now only 7 survived.
No special meaning of the dog but I thought it was cute to include it. It was following me around while I was at the site and decided to take a nap in front of me when I was taking the photo.

I think the tired dog adds an interesting dimension to an old ruin. The composition and POV are great.

Hi Ricardo, the ruïne of the temple of Apolo is very sharp and clear, the silhouette from the pillar against the blue sky with clouds give a very nice composition, the dog is a nice detail.
Thanks for sharing.

Yeah this is a very nice photo.Personally i don't like the sleeping dog in this composition-it spoils the mysterious atmosphere of the photo(have you tried it in B/W?),but this is only my taste.Otherwise the picture is perfect! Good job Ricardo!

Nicely composed, with the sympathetic dog laying in the foreground. Sharp, luminous and funny. A good picture !

Nice image. God POV and composition with the tempel and the dog in the foreground makes this picture a little humouristic. Nice colors and light. Well done.

Nice colors and great sky. The columns seem so lonely now so long removed from their glorious past. The low point of view enhances the effect of the shot. And I think the dog helps here, too. A sleeping emaciated dog by sleeping and emaciated columns. Perhaps both are dreaming of better times in the past. It gives a pensive feel to this image. Very nice depth of field giving us a crispness throughout. Well done.
