Loukadika, a photo from Lakonia, Peloponnesus

Photographer's Note

Loukadika is one of the most beautiful villages of Eastern (or "Prosiliaki" ="Προσηλιακή", means "towards the sun") Mesa ("Inside") Mani. It is built on two hills, one of which was the location of the ancient Tefthroni castle. From that hill someone can have a great view not only to the village, but also to Flomohori village with its imposing towerhouses and to the whole Kolokythia bay.

From a well selected POV you show us the beauty of this village. Amazing how they have built along the ridge. Together with the twisting topography, the village becomes a obvious motive. Colours and sharpness are great. Excellent work!

Lo primero que me ha venido a la mente ha sido recordar los cuadros de Doménikos Theotokópoulos, en griego Δομήνικος Θεοτοκόπουλος "El Greco", por su composición y su luz...Excelentes...como nos tienes acostumbrados!!! ;)

La composición le da dinamismo a la escena, y eljuego de colores es realmente espectacular...

A very good POV to show us the long line of houses built on top of the hills. In a way it's a little like the Great Wall in China, like a snake of stones crawling through the green hills.

Τελικά, τοπίο χωρίς σύννεφα και χωριό χωρίς ερείπια δεν ‘λέει’!
Ενθουσιασμένος από την φωτογραφία αυτή, την λειτουργούσα προοπτική και τα μεστά χρώματα, ‘σπρωγμένα’ μεν, πολύ αρεστά δε!
Ο εξοπλισμός δεν πάει ποτέ χαμένος αρκεί να τον χειρίζεσαι όπως πρέπει.
Η Μάνη αποτελεί μια θαυμάσια βάση για δημιουργία καταπληκτικών φωτογραφιών ακόμα και πινάκων ζωγραφικής!

Δεν χρειάζεται να ευχηθώ καλή συνέχεια, είναι προδιαγεγραμμένη!
