The litle train of pelionrnThis historical little train ,that used to operate the whole route between Volos -Milies , is literally running of the tracks of the historical railway line,the costruction of white began in 1892, In 1896 the first part of the line, namely until Ano Lehonia had been delivered, The rest part until Milies would have to wait until 1903.

Bonjour, cher Costantino,
Faire connaître aux plus jeunes les locomotives à vapeur c'est une bonne chose.
Ici, c'est formidable de pouvoir découvrir une machine de la fin du dix-neuvième siècle.
Cela doit être plaisant de faire un petit voyage à l'intérieur des voitures (même à l'arrêt).

very surprising effect here. The train is real and yet small. Confronting people with the train results in a surprise, something seems not right. But your note explains everything. Ha ha.
Charming scene from an elevated point of view.People bring in the feeling of scale but also life and color.

I like the high pov, superb sharpness and colorful clothing worn by the people, who also add scale. A good exposure on the bright highlights with no appreciable oe. Tfs!

It's a nice view of the train, looking like a toy, standing in the street among the cars. The black and red locomotive and the many persons make the photo bright and eye-catching. I like this view from slightly above.

I like the festive mood given by this little train. It's nice to keep traditions, and the journey through the Greek country-side is certainly a pleasant one for families.
Nive POV showing the curve of the train and what seems to be a chapel hidden in the greenery.
