fantastic landscape shot with nice framing by the mountains range in BG and the deep blue sea...like the back light effect over the mountains region...nice peaceful situation here...
good light management with nice color contrast & sharpness...

How beautiful are the last rays of sun on the summit of Mt Athos . Others attractive points are te monastery at the edge of the cliff and the golden rock in the Fg . Great sharpness and DOF .

the light in this picture is fantastic, especially where it illuminates the corners of the castle, and the rocks. the colours are beautiful. a fantastic landscape captured perfectly in your picture.

lovely photo.
the lighting is really cool.
i like how there is that yellow portion at the top and along the bottom.
the blues in the sky reflect like a mirror in the deep blue water.
all in all, very cool color tones from top to bottom.

Happy New Vasilis - The sunlit peak of Mount Athos is a fitting herald for the new year, a promise for a beautiful day. Good depth provided by the layered landscape, the nearest outcrop being well contrasted and nicely textured and the rear outcrop softer but full of relief detail. The castle is nicely illuminated by warm light and is nicely placed within the frame. Warm regards rosemary
