Photographer's Note

This is Selfoss, a unique waterfall on the river Jökulsá á Fjöllum that originates as melt water from the glacier Vatnajökull. It is 11 metres high and drops in the form of a narrow horseshoe.
A bit further down the river lies the probably more famous Dettifoss, which is considered as the most powerful waterfall in Europe.

Je crois bien que c'est la première fois que je visite ta galerie. Il faut avouer que cette chute est vraiment irrésistible et quel beau ciel pour la mettre en valeur.

What a grand nature! And that's how to depict waterfalls: a little mist, long veils of water hanging down from the rocks and a lively sky. I like it.

A képeidet nézve egyre biztosabb vagyok benne, hogy el kell mennem Izlandra! Nagyon jó fényviszonyok voltak és a hosszú záridő ebben az esetben is nagyon jó választás volt.
