The Old Head of Kinsale, (in Irish, An Seancheann) is a headland near Kinsale, County Cork, Ireland. An early lighthouse was established here in the 17th century by Robert Reading. It is notable for being the nearest land point to the site of the sinking of the RMS Lusitania in 1915.

Today the Old Head of Kinsale is popular with golfers who come to play on its 18 Hole golf course that opened in 1997.

i like very much Ireland hence i like very much this photo.A simple syllogism.Sharp, good colours and with an excellent light in the FG.Truly an amazing sense of depth.Good also the PP you made.

I like here the opposition between the gray threatening sky in the dark and the well lit FG greenery with the white flowers

The depth of field in this photograph is amazing, given the aperture of f4.5 shown in the Photo Information box. How did you do it? It's a great scene: dramatic sky, foreground interest, and the few cottages make it feel even more lonely somehow. Good work.
