Photographer's Note
Twisting road climbing over a hill in the Burren.
Another shot taken from the same walk Here
I think this trip was a sign off for the end of the summer here in Ireland. The days are getting much shorter now and the weather is beginning to close out lovely sunny days like this.
I still havent had a chance to shoot some nice autumn colours yet this year but I hope to rectify that this weekend.

Wonderful pics... in place of this Ford Mondeo, I'd like better to see a MG or a Triumph ;-) It's a road of pleasure.

hi andrew
it's beatiful capture... your pov is very good to get the road's beauty... and this road really parting the light and shadows well.... and the car is very important because it plays a role as iris of this landscape (i imagined without that car, and i'm sure!)

The road that runs through your picture gives unity to it dividing it almost perfectly between shadow and light. Moreover, this is set in a very beautiful scenery in the Irish wilderness.

Another very nice one Andrew. You got a good POV to see the S bend. The car and cyclist make it that much more interesting. As you may know, Liscannor is famous for it's flat stone, used in flooring houses. The flat limestone layers reminded me of this.
Thanks for sharing....
