Tagliamento e Gemona, a photo from Udine, Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Photographer's Note

Two days ago I posted a view of river Tagliamento; now I post another picture captured from the same place but changing len, with the aim of showing the landscape around the river and Gemona, a town that you can see far.
Gemona del Friuli is a nice place to visit. It was totally destroyed during 1976 earthquake, and rebuilt very quickly and very well.

che meraviglia di prospettiva! Certo non posso rimanere insensibile perchè è il paese natale del mio nonno materno ed il Tagliamento ha sempre esercitato un fascino particolare per me... però la foto è bella, nitida, piena di respiro!

Ancora meglio Livia, con la vista allargata alle montagne e la cornice dell'albero ne esce una foto bella ben fatta e interessante, brava, complimenti.
Un augurio di una bella settimana anche se pre-elettorale.

stupenda visuale del Tagliamento e delle Alpi Carniche. Anch'io adoro Gemona, e quando bazzico da quelle parti spesso vado a fare due passi per il centro. La foto è ben fatta, con una eccellente profondità ed un ottimo POV. Piacevole da guardare.

Hi Livia, this is a simple and straightforward composition, but I like the way you've framed the scene with the tree branch. Great colour and sharpness. An appealing image because you did the basic things right. Good work!
