Back to the Trevi's Fountain in order to know the legend of the vase that you see low to right of the image, note that the vase is not visible if you are in front of the fountain, I apologize for the disturbance element in the bottom.

See the front view in this image, the vase is on the right, hidden from a cliff.

Legend tells that, during the construction of fountain, in order to block the view of work from an excessively critical barber, the architect Salvi placed a large and heavy travertine vase, ironically similar to a soap-dish, immediately in front of the barber's shop.
