Milano Centrale is the main railway station of the Italian city of Milan and one of the main European railway stations. It is a railway terminus officially inaugurated in 1931. It connects to high speed lines to Bologna (and on to Rome) and Turin and conventional railways to Bologna, Turin, Venice, Genoa, Domodossola (for the Simplon and Bern), Chiasso (for the Gotthard and Zürich Hauptbahnhof) and Lecco.

The colors of the glass is giving the contruction of the roof just the exitement it needs Renzo,it would hae been nice to see the whole train ;]

Lo so, me lo ha detto mio figlio, che la Stazione Centrale di Milano é stata ripulita e rimodernata, diventando bellissima. Io non ci credevo...Invece adesso vedo questa tua foto e ci credo. Ottimo lavoro. Il tuo, fotografico, e anche quello del comune che mi ha dato i natali.

Hello Renzo,
A superb graphical representation of this glass roof. You have clearly though about the composition carefully as the red line on the train carriage is strong at the bottom of the picture and the perspective is great with all the lines converging to the bottom left-hand corner. The colours of the glass are both beautiful and simple.

That's a while I have not visited your gallery and today I am glad to discover some jewels, like this one! The composition is very well mastered, with a play on colors and shapes that show us an harmonious graphism, almost an abstract.
