The kayak is almost, but not quite, lost in the kaleidoscope of reflections in the Arno. It was a grey day but the sun came out just in time to set these wonderful colors alive!

This is truly amazing with the molten gold on the surface, You have spotted the reflection well from the golden light of the facade. Beautifully crafted shot and I wish you have stretched the image to 800 pixels max allowed by TE. Simply stunning and thanks for sharing.

Hello Dear Sara !

An additional image from Florence, the reflection on the surface reminds me of some kind of polished metallic material, such as silver or even that of platinum. The impression one receives from this image is entirely different. With a sense of movement added to the photo, now we also would like to try kayakking on the river. Away from the usual view that we see of this river, you have achieved an image, which is very uniquely your own. This is indeed an image that is both rare and positively unusual, fresh with a new air, I welcome the image with wonderful delight.

I didn't spot the kayak at first until I read your note and had a closer look. However once your eye catches it, it provides a great sense of scale. I like the idea of showing the buildings only in reflection. It works well due to the wonderful colours and the pleasing diagonal alignment of your shot.

As a reflections admirer, I could not ignore this fabulous mirror on the Arno, Sara.
Excelent daylight contributed, and the kayak appear to give scale on image.
