Photographer's Note
View of Venice from the Campanile (Bell Tower) of San Giorgio Maggiore (75 meters high).
San Giorgio Maggiore basilica was designed by Andrea Palladio. Facing Saint Mark Basin, the church plays a central role in the panorama from St.Marco square.
The Bellfry, first built in 1467, fell in 1774; the reconstruction was completed in 1791.

Salut Alana,
Good idea for the Fisheye ,
I have also a fish eye but I too often do not use it. Here, the effect is still terrible and clearness is superb.

Hello alana,
An original view of Venice in nice natural colours. A lot of elements at the horizon still clearly visible.
Well done.

A famous but always appealing panorama of Venice. Good use of the fisheye focused on the church below and having all the rest like a crown around. Good light management and pretty ggod colours. Well done,
Donato

Hello Alana. Venice differently than usual. With the fish eye you created a new reality. The photo is originally and beautifully at the same time. A masterful shot. Compliment. Regards, Wolfgang.

Hi Alana,
Being very fond of wide angles myself, I have never tried a fish-eye, but too often I like very moderately the results. However, I find this one fantastic and it's hard to imagine a better POV for exploiting the potential of such a lens.
Regards, José.
