Milan Cathedral (Italian: Duomo di Milano; Milanese: Domm de Milan) is the cathedral church of Milan in Lombardy, northern Italy. Dedicated to Santa Maria Nascente (Saint Mary Nascent), it is the seat of the Archbishop of Milan.
The Gothic cathedral took nearly six centuries to complete. It is the fourth largest cathedral in the world and by far the largest in Italy.

Hello Renzo,

Interesting point of view with this almost vertical vision. An other way to see towers and to put them against this cloudy sky providing a good background.

j'aime beaucoup ce cadrage qui rend le monument vraiment impressionnant et qui donne envie aussi de venir le voir en de vrai!

mais heps Renzo que dis tu: " It is the fourth largest cathedral in the world and by far the largest in Italy"; à Rome on m'a dit qu'aucune église ne pouvait être plus grande que celle de St Pierre (ah oui mais elle n'est pas en Italie mais au Vatican n'est-ce-pas ☺)

Eh, beh... el me Milan...la città dove sono nata e nella quale ho vissuto per 44 anni. Ovvio che mi sia rimasta nel cuore! Grazie per questo scatto strepitoso e così originale del mio Duomo! Milan l'é semper Milan...
