Today I decided to post a fresh photo from my country, where for three years does not drop a snowflake. A very curious situation, it snowed everywhere, even, unfortunately, in southern Italy already tormented by the earthquake, but here ... nothing ...
The picture shows the afternoon frozen lake of park the Villa Annoni, the town hall of my village, and became famous because since two years here is filmed the TV serie "Bake off Italia".

IL PAESE DIMENTICATO DALLA NEVE

Oggi ho deciso di postare una foto fresca dal mio paese, dove da 3 anni non scende un fiocco di neve. Una situazione molto curiosa, ha nevicato ovunque, anche,purtroppo, nel sud Italia già tormentato dal terremoto, ma qui...niente...
La foto mostra una il lago ghiacciato del parco della Villa Annoni, sede del municipio, e diventata famosa perchè da 2 anni qui viene girata la serie televisiva "Bake off Italia".

Ice on the lake and only the whole of water for the birds, like on my picture from Paris. Lovely fresh photo from Cuggiono. In Warsaw we had a bit snow but yesterday it began to melt. Nice autumn fores. Beautiful composition and colours.

Hello Luciano,
You're talking about a village forgotten by snow, how about a whole state forgotten by snow? That is what PA is like, right now.
I like the light on the building. The play of light and shadow on the grounds is pretty and so are the water fowl who insist on standing on ice or swimming in ice cold water.

Les arbres cadrent bien l'immeuble. La distance entre les oiseaux et l'édifice donne de la profondeur à la composition. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails de l'immeuble. Bonne soirée.

Ma che bella questa scena. Adoro la luce dorata, la neve e la tua bella nota. Molto interessante che – da 3 anni – niente neve fine adesso.

Le strutture, specialmente quelle del lago, sono uno spettacolo. Squisita la luce, la profondita’ di campo e colori.

Buongiorno Luciano, grazzie for your critique on my latest post.
The Po valley is relatively warmer than other places, that is probably why you had not have snow, while other places on higher terrain had.
Anyway, almost totally freezing, the sight of the lake is awesome, the park had great light which you managed beautifully to show on photo.
Fine contrast and DOF through, trees are not completely naked, the green appearing wonderfully.

Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar tekst ...
Dobar rad i kompozicija, lepo pokazano jezero u parku, dobar kontrast, perspektiva i ostrina, lepe boje, lepo uhvacen trenutak sa pticama. Lepo mesto sa drvecem, klupom za odmor i gledanjem ptica u jezeru. Lepa priroda i arhitektura.
Imajte lep dan za odmor, sve najbolje, srecno.

splendid the view as the presentation of the scene with a lot of little feather fellows to walk and stay on the frozen surface of the lake.
Strange that the area has not snows and only cold,with the warm light of the afternoon to make it to looks like as a painting.

No snow but a wonderful warm light complementing the frozen pond. The yellow façade of the town hall shines brightly between the trees. The birds walking on the ice create a nice atmosphere.

I am not bothered if I don't see snow in the winter; the worst sort of weather in my opinion even though it can be beautiful to look at. Even without snow, you present us with a most attractive winter scene. The lights and colours are quite delightful and the sharpness is excellent.

Indeed a lot of snow in Europe, but you aren’t attractive picture the only place without. If I could lend the beautiful yellow castle, I could take the same picture in my neighbourhood. Cold, yes. Minus 7 this night, but not a single snowflake. But nevertheless a beautiful winter-day.

sembra che la Grecia ha attirato gran parte della neve che normalmente sarebbe destinata da voi, ma ce vi sono rimasti panorami invernali deliziosi, luce e colori bellissimi. A wonderful photo with the beautiful building, bathed in a fantastic light, ideal the frozen pond in the foreground, surrounded by trees with a nice reddish tone some, fir trees with their traditional greenery. A beautiful winter postcard without snow.
I have seen on TV, the tremendous snowfall in the area of earthquake-damaged villages, and it is impressive ..... but the weather is capricious, here too it has snowed a lot in the provinces near the Mediterranean, in places where it does not Towards in more than 50 years, even on the beaches ....
Good perspective of the image, very pleasing to the eye.
Colorful, sharpness and brightness are captured excellently.
Very good composition, magnificent presentation.

The light is very beautiful on this pretty winter picture.
The sunlit castle stands out wonderfully with its vivid yellow colour against the darker sky and also against the dark ice on the foreground. Yet we can spot some reflected yellow tones on the ice surface.
The ducks are nicely spread on the foreground and some of them enjoy the cold water.
In the right upper part we can still see the warmer autumn colour of the forest (or the park).
I like your composition with the castle not centrally placed on the image.

il freddo c'è e si vede, anche se il palazzo è ben illuminato dal sole, ma per la neve dovrete aspettare o importarla dal sud....
Le papere non sembrano risentire del freddo, l'unico problema è che hanno meno acqua a disposizione.

Oh, I can imagine the fun you had photographing this scene!
Ducks and ice make for entertainment, especially if the ducks try to follow one another!

The low sunlight is a real bonus, warming the leaf strewn slope and gilding the facade of the villa.

This is a refreshing shot, a beautiful setting, frozen pond with the birds able to walk on the surface of the ice or wade into the water. The brilliantly lit building makes a strong focal point. I just did a Google-Earth search and found that Cuggiono is just 37 km from Milan. Next time I come to Milan, I will have to see this lovely scene, and most importantly to meet you in person.

Linda foto, boas cores, excelente nitidez e contraste.
Apesar de ser um instantâneo sente-se vida na foto, os patos em diversas posições, assim como o pato branco na água a bater as asas dir-se-ia um frame de um filme. Ao fundo o palácio amarelo ilumina ainda mais a foto, contrastando com as árvores quase sem folhas.
