Castelluccio
Castelluccio is a show in all seasons, magnificent in winter covered with snow, magical in spring with the awakening of nature, fabulous flowering in early summer, fairytale in autumn with its fantastic colors. Severely damaged by the earthquake, I remain standing and hope to return to see it soon rebuilt. Do not miss it, if you have not seen it yet, provide it as soon as possible.
The Pian Grande will soon be filled with all the colors.

Hi Silvio,

The length of the field is creating depth. The point of view is showing the details of the field and of the side of the mountain. The light is giving good colours rendering. Have a nice day.

L'Ombrie et sa douce lumière ont su séduire des artistes comme Giotto et Raphaël. Entre la Toscane et le Latium, l'Ombrie a su demeurer authentique.

We are powerless against some aspects of Nature but slowly, disaster areas recover.
This vast plateau of greens is very well captured in your fine composition.
I like how you have used the f/g flowers and road to create a good sense of depth and then, balanced them with the rising hill, in the opposing corner.

Such beautiful green pastures in slightly different shades of green. The fine patterns and the moutain slope in the background are beautiful too. Also the clouds are a wonderful part of the composition.

Hello Silvio, It can't be the late spring without Castelluccio views. Fantastic fields but where are all the flowers, poppies, cornflowers? splendid composition.

I especially like the single red poppy flower in the bottom right corner. Good sharpness and well framed and composed with the diagonal lines of the 2 roads leading towards the bg mountains. Tfs!

Yet another view of the summer green in Castelluccio valley, Silvio.
High POV works well and the cloudy sky above the hills on the far side, added wonderful contrast.
