I close my little series from Norcia with an advertisement for its typical products. I had already told you how many know his cured meats and here I show you a collection of all the specialties that we tasted in one of the few places reopened after the earthquake in the historic center. High quality hams and salamis, but also cheeses and truffles. In the WS you can see a special offer and an original way to advertise the cured meats by making plastic clones.

Chiudo ma mia piccola serie da Norcia con una pubblicità ai suoi prodotti tipici. Vi avevo già raccontato di come in tanti conoscano i suoi salumi e qui vi mostro una raccolta di tutte le specialita' che abbiamo gustato in uno dei pochi locali riaperti dopo il terremoto nel centro storico. Prosciutti e salami di alta qualita, ma anche formaggi e tartufi. Nel WS potete vedere una offerta speciale ed una maniera originale di pubblicizzare i salumi facendo dei cloni in plastica.

What a wonderful display. Wonderful colours. I can buy wild boar sausage and burgers here in England, delicious, but I am sure they would taste even better in Italy.

Ciao Luciano, appetitosa la foto principale e simpatici i due WS, Norcia vanta una tradizione plurisecolare nella lavorazione della carne di maiale ed è la capitale del tartufo nero, non male come accoppiata, poi i formaggi sono un bel bonus, tre belle foto nitide e appetitose, bravo ciao Silvio

I don't eat much meat, just chicken and fish but still the composition looks quite attractive for my eye. There are so many repeated patterns here and all elements have similar color theme.

Italian ham is quite famous. Prosciutto is used in lasagna all over the world. I had the best lasagna in Czech Republic of all places. Italian ingredients of course. A good smorgasbord of selected cuts. Tfs!

Interesantan i lep pogled, dobar tekst ...
lepi specijaliteti od mesa i kackavalj u pozadini, dobro pokazani sa lepim bojama i kontrastom.
Dobar rad sa lepim fotografijama u radionici.
Suhomesnati proizvodi bas lepo izgledaju, nadam se da su bili ukusni za jelo.

A very attractive selection of cured meats. I saw lots of similar in Sienna as well despite me not being able to eat such products (health issues). Well composed.

I'm sure you loved seeing this and I am also imagining how I would cook or present this appetising range of foods!

It is attractively displayed and very well presented in your photographs.

I am curious, are truffles very expensive in Italy? They are outside my price range in the U.K.

Hello Luciano,
Most Italian food looks and tastes deliciously (I will make an exception for trippa), and this display of various items from wild boar looks very appetizing. Wild boars are spreading rapidly in parts of Sweden, causing a lot of damage to farmlands and gardens, so we should see much more like this in our shops. But those animals are quite smart and not easily hunted. Amusing photos in the WS too.

I saw these stands while in toscana but I never tasted the things, in those days it was prohibited to take these products to Brazil, I guess at this moment is permitted. excellent images.

I am writing to you at 6.30 pm for mid-afternoon snack in Spain and seeing this wonderful table of sausages and cheese, it is whetting a voracious appetite, everything looks wonderful, but the best thing would be to try it.
Good publicity in the photos of the WS.
Point of view, sharpness, lightness, color and the chosen composition are excellent.
