Photographer's Note

The Luxembourg City consists of the upper city situated on the Bock rock, on the cliff of 70 m there is the city center, and the lower town located in the valley at the confluence of the two rivers Alzette and Pétrusse.
On the banks of the Alzette River, a historical district called Grund (Luxembourgish: Gronn) was established, once inhabited mainly by craftsmen.
Formerly, it was the most populated district with a rural character, now it is a quiet, charming area, about 1000 inhabitants, with traditional houses and cobbled streets dating from the 10th century, without car traffic.

quelle image tout en hauteur de de bas en haut avec ces reflets sur le plan d'eau et ces maisons et quel grand mur de pierres au dessus avec cette église au somme trônant et même en vol d'oiseau noir superbe

One of the better pictures of the Grund I've ever seen.
Taken from on a boat?
A very good composition with the houses along the river side and a nice view of the upper part of town.
Very colourful.
The central and upper part of the picture look like a painting.

This is a well known view, but this is a remarkably good version. I think you spent some time treating the light and colours and you did it very well. It's a very appealing photo and the reflections are superb.
