Church Madonna della Salute is above the town Kotor which is 2000 years old. There are more than 1500 stairs to climb up the greatest wall on Balkan, 4,5 km long and 10-20 meters high till the fortress Saint John and this church.

Very dramatic scene Maja. I imagine that on a clear day this would be a stunning view. You give us a very nice point of view, our eye naturally following the edge of the wall down the path to the church, past the church to the town below at the edge of the water. Colors and details are nicely rendered. I might have added a touch of contrast but what you've given us is quite nice. Thanks for sharing and welcome to TE.

Really nice shot Maja. lovely perspective. I like how the wall leads the eye to the photo's subject. looks like a relatively difficult exposure without great light but I think you have handled this really nicely. The cloudy sky add mystery and atmosphere.
Perhaps the shot is not quite as sharp as it could be?
