Another shot from Norway. Im afraid I took rather alot of shots with rowing boats in them. For me they are the perfect foreground to such scenes.

Once again the weather was moody, but luckily in such a beautiful country, in the brief moments that it stops raining you are usually close to a photogenic location.

Such was the case with this scene. I probably had 10 minutes before the next rainfall, so I made the most of the scene.

a nice capture, i like this kind of light that enhaunces colors and contrast. good compo with the boaat on foreground ... classic but so beautiful (i do the same (;))
i like the distortion of the wide angle that brings an intersting motion to the pic

Excellent shot Adam. I don't blame you for using rowing boats in your pics - I agree, they are the perfect point of focus. Stunning image, the light, composition, clarity and exposure are brilliant and show it all off to it's very best advantage. It's special and has gone into my favs. TFS!

Exellent shot of a beautiful landscape composition with the blue lake in the valley on foot of the impressive mountains and threatening clouds. the small boat on the foreground give it a special toouch. Nice shot, i like it.

Unusual colors, excellent use of the wide angle and of the boat as a lovely foreground.

I always try to find even a small thing on the negative side in my critiques, but here, I cannot. Really.

Oh yes: I would have loved to see the EXIF details, as I on the same lens ! :)

Hello Adam. Congratulations for your gallery on Norway. I choose this picture because I really like the perfect composition with this single boat in front and the grass land in front which takes our view into the back of the picture. The color of the clouds in the back ground are also geat.

This is great, Adam. I had to comment here because to me this has a distinct resemblance to the photo I posted today (though yours is more dramatic.) It is not surprising that Alaska and Norway should provide similar scenes, I guess. I like your composition very well, particularly the placement of the boat and the little promontory next to it. Loved the picture. Nice framing, the boat the colored clouds in the sky, the hills and the smoky clouds in the background have created a mystic atmosphere in your shot. Well managed light, very subtle. This is almost like a dream.
