Coming to Lofoten, a photo from Nordland, Nord

Photographer's Note

In my opinion, the best way to come to the most beautiful places in Lofoten, the Reine are, is to take ferry from Bodo. And going from Trondheim to Bodo by train, you have 730 km of beautiful landscape. The ferry goes around three and half hours and when approaching Lofoten, there are great views. In Moskenes it is possible to rent a car. It is comfortable (and cheap) way.
I found this scene quite amusing.

Amazing scenery! The view from the ferry is promising and witness of good experiences. I can see from your photos that you had a interesting stay here and you were lucky with the weather to! I have several friends in this region and I am looking forward to visit them next year so I can witness this myself. A sharp and clear shot and a good note, tfs!

Two ladies admiring the view whilst perched on top of the seats make for an interesting and amusing composition. They seem to be expecting chilly weather even in July at lunchtime!

Hello Malgo,
A nice view of entering Lofoten, but it makes me uncomfortable to see people so carefully dressen in late July. The red and white houses adorn the narrow beach beneath the steep green hills.
The workshops make me think of Greek island hopping - and yet, not quite.

Wonderful ladscapes one can see from the ferry, and the people on the photo don't want to miss anything, for the way they are sitting on the bench! The mountains in the background are beautiful, captured with very good colors and contrast! Very nice composition! Well done!

Lofoten clearly made a deep impression on you. I like the image of the two visitors on whom the city also makes a deep impression, with unusually good depth of field, their clothes as sharp as the distant shore.

stavo pensando che quest'anno a Lofoten c'erano più turisti che alla Tour Eiffel!!!!
Non avevo mai visto tante foto di questo luogo come in questo periodo. Fortunatamente si tratta di un bellissimo luogo e di tante belle foto.
Questa è di sicuro molto originale, interessanti e istruttive anche le altre foto e la nota.

Hello malgo,
We can enjoy the scenery, but probably never get to know this two figures (ladies?) with their back to the camera, a very big puzzle for TE... just kidding, my friend.
Magestic scenery from the ferry, and well in contrast of white to green. Picture gave good sense of traveling to a diff. country, journey to remote location and advanture.

For me the funny of this picture is how these girls are covered, in the same period we had 37 degrees!! But of course cruising on a boat and the different latitude explain everything.
