Photographer's Note
I diged in my photo archives and found this photo from Tønsberg. Or Jarlsberg trav park.
I was visiting my girlfriend who was at an equestrian training camp, not to far from this race track. So I decided to go to the track for the day and place a bet or two, and hopefully shoot some photos. I must admit that the light was very harsh seeing as the races started in the early afternoon. I shot some photos, and didn't win anything so I decided it was time to go home.
Hope the wight sky isn't to distracting.

Your 'white sky'is very much at home here in Queensland especially in summer. The focus was on the horse and he came out very well.

Hi Halgeir,
I see some room for improvement with this pic. Cropping it to decentralize the subject would have helped create a dynamic effect, which would suit the nature of the image. You mention the sky and I must admit that I dislike 'white' sky. Admittedly, the lighting conditions didn't favour you here and I assume that you weren't able to position yourself so that the sun was behind the camera. You can often improve the situation slightly when you 'manipulate' the pic prior to posting, which would be better than nothing.
On the positive side, the rest of the colours are nicely saturated and, as a panned shot, you've done an EXCELLENT job of staying on the subject during the exposure. Image quality is pretty good too.
Hugs,
Tony

Hi Halgeir
Despite the white sky, I like very much this photo. It seems really moving.
