Photographer's Note
Western Tatras, Ornak ridge (about 1850) and view northwards. On the horizon from the left - Pilsko (1557 m), Babia Gora (1725 m) and Polica (1369 m).
One autumnal afternoon with outstanding visibility and painful silence.

great POV!!!! very subtle colors, the mountains seem to be like the small waves of the sea with a fading effect up to the end, well captured!! nice framing, TFS! I think walking this ridge will be fantastic!!!
All the best!

Ahoj Mateusz!
I like the view from this ridge. The exposure is good, the colours are saturated. I also like the rock in the front and the proportion of the ground and the sky. I'm preparing to visit the Polish side of the Tatras this year, but I don't know much about the Western Tatras. Are they crowded in the summer?

Dawno, oj dawno nie byłem w Tatrach... Aż się łza w oku kręci...
Pięknie pokazałeś Ornak i wspaniałe odległe tło.
Pozdrawiam.

Hi Mat,
that very rough landscape of the Tatras works with good foreground and background layers. I like the good textures of the grounds and this amazing distant view.

Hello Mateusz! Walk this ridge?? No, I won't! Yes, your photo transmits very well the feeling of vertigo and height. Very good composition leading us to the further mountains and the rest of the picture. But what I like most is the clarity of the photo, which expresses that silence you complain about and a very limpid atmosphere. Excellent details and exposure, for sure!
Very good work! And a very good gallery that I didn't know!
TFS and best regards,
Inés

HEllo Mat,
Good to see you around with some new postings, it's been a while ;-)
Tatras really seems to be a fantastic region and this very nice image confirms it once more. I like the diagonal and the small path following the crest.
Have a nice week-end and hope to see you around soon.
Best regards, Christian

Hello Miha,
A good capture of the daily life with the tower of the cathedral to the fund. A beautiful city that I know. Excellent depth and details.

Hello Mateusz,
One of the best mountain pictures I have seen in TE, the colors are strikimng and so is the angle which shows large parts of dark side and this gives a lot of depth and strength. Very very sharp too. - Best - Izzet
