Witaj.
Bardzo dobre zdjęcie. Klimatyczne - dzięki słońcu ten stalowy potwór wydaje się dziecięcą zabawką.
Pozdrawiam.

Dobra kompozycja, właściwa ekspozycja podkreślająca to co najważniejsze - szyny i pociąg. Pozdrawiam.

Hi Grzegorz! I love trains and love train photos. So I was quickly grabbed by this picture of yours. The scene itself has a great potential and your search for the right picture is very thoughtful. But I really think you could have done a better job here. First the composition. The main subject must be the train, no doubt about it. But its placement in the frame doesnt help the viewer to anchor the eyes on it. Even with the front lights on, my eyes keeping searching the picture for a place to rest. And your inclusion of the sun really doesnt help. The bright sun, being so close to the upper right third, keeps on holding some preeminence here. And the sun is definitely *not* the leading actor here. The diagonal provided by the catenaries and railways are very good. The train is perspective looks also cool, but its your placement of it that doesnt work. I tried to crop it, to place the train lights in the upper right third, but it just not worked. The sun and that black tree on the left need some space so you really had to compose it better in the first place. If you can go there again, please do it. Just try to put the headlights on the upper right third. This way, with the diagonal rails, the train has an immense path to run, giving the viewer a feeling of incredible depth. Concerning the light, I think its a bit underexposed. I know that to record the sun that way, you had to choose these exposure settings, but I would really go with a stop or two higher on the exposure time. Sorry for the long critique, but I do like your work. Just feel you can do it even better.

Hi Grzegorz,
I think the composition is perfect. Strong diagonal lines and sense of perspective. One rail reaching the corner exactly. Train sides, lights and rails against blackness. And I think it has to be black to work so well. Nice sky and good position of the sun against leaves.
I'm surprised to disagree with Luis because I like his work so much too. But I agree that this place is worth visiting again.
To the favourites.

Witam!

Dobry kadr i fajna kolorystyka.
Pozdrawiam
Krzysztof
