A photo from my archives, have long hoped to post. A butcher in the old and typical of the city. The quantity of posters to do promotions, I think it makes a composition fun :).

Hello Filipe,

A humorous image with all these posters on the walls and the top of the store with prices for different animal's meat. Like the way the statue holding a poster at the door step. Nice colors and lighting.

The velvet indoor's light is like a bar, or a pub, maybe people there drink along...

Hello Filipe,
This butcher will stop at nothing to attract customers. The entrance to his shop is packed with tempting ads and a life size doll to convince shoppers to step inside. This is a colourful and catchy photo with well handled light that allows us to see a lot of details inside the shop.

Nice view of this butcher's shop. I like it very much - with the butcher inviting us to buy Pa quite cheap (what is it, I wonder) funny posters and of course, azulejos.

this is a very well framed photo, a great composition which presents the quaint butcher's with excellent depth, lighting and clarity both on its facade and inside. It's a superb presentation but, to be honest, I think the shop is a bit scary too...Fascinating all the same. A great find, an impressive capture. Well done and thank you!

una foto muy divertida, en esta carnicería con la figura de un simpático carnicero en la puerta.
Me gusta el tipismo de los azulejos en la fachada de la casa, y el grafismo de los letreros con los precios de los productos de carne a la venta.
Es una toma muy oportuna y espontánea, que demuestra que solamente observando la vida cotidiana podemos capturar buenas fotos.

This photo was taken about 4 years ago, i wonder if the same signs are there, or have the prices gone up?
the tile gives an interesting visual too, lots of repetitive patterns.

Small children should be reluctant to get inside the butcher's shop, given the threatening figure and the strange dominant red-blood color inside the store!! Colourful array indeed, inside and out depicted masterfully with interesting allover details.

um divertido jeito de atrair os olhares da clientela, em especial aqueles que podem passar por ali sem prestar atenção. muito boa a composição, bem iluminada , nítida e enquadrada. os nomes dos cortes são bem diferentes dos daqui (os bovinos: alcatra, picanha, patinho,lagarto,cochão mole, costela,bisteca, etc).
