Hi, my TE friends!

Again, I bring to you men's dream of flying throught Paragliding.
In that afternoon, I'm was observing paragliders challenging the wind, and I caught this paraglider against the cloudy sky.

As I said you before (in Paragliding over a great view - Bicas B.),paragliding it's a recreational and competitive free-flying sport, in which the pilot sits in a harness suspended below a fabric wing, whose shape is formed by the pressure of air.
A paraglid or wing has a superior part and an inferior part, which are internally connected by cells, which one's, when removed shows an interior aspect of a regular plane wing.

I feel that this image expresses very well the strength and the greatness of a dream.

O céu está fantástico e a silhueta parece irreal com as duas partes distintas e separadas. Dá a ideia que o homem está a voar solto e com um sombreiro por cima dele. Este tem sido um tema com uma certa actualidade em tempos recentes aqui no TE. Gosto muito.

Hello Rosa,

A first rate photo! The composition and sharpness are flawless, and nothing exists in the photo, but the magnificent variegated sky, that would otherwise detract from the silhouette of the paraglider.

Olá Rosa,
impressing sky with a single but good interesting object. A soft crop at the left and bottom would raise the impression in my view.

Hi Rosa,
The herringbone type of clouds provide a perfect background for the paraglider, who, with his wing, is virtually silhouetted. I like the varying degree of light and patterns in the sky here. Indeed there is a real sense of freedom. Well captured.

Great shot. You captured the paraglider very well and placed him also nicely in the composition. The cloudy sky looks nice too, but there is still a pleasant light from the sun as well. Good work!

Bonjour Rosa,
le seul repproche que je pourrais faire à cette photo, qui évoque la liberté et le libre mouvement, c'est que le sujet soit un rien trop centré.
Cela n'enlève rien au charme et à la beauté de la composition.

Hello Rosa,

Un sentiment de liberté m'envahi quand je vois ce parapentiste dans les airs ! Le cadrage est assez atypique mais cela lui laisse tout l'espace nécessaire pour évoluer dans les cieux !
