Santana.

A quelques dizaines de mètres seulement des casinhas traditionnelles de Santana, où se pressaient des dizaines de touristes, l’église paroissiale de Santana était quasi déserte. Tant mieux pour nous, qui avons profité pleinement de l’intérieur.

Une lumière peu évidente et surtout un manque d’inspiration ne m’ont pas convaincu de poster une vue plus générale de l’église, je vous invite donc à en découvrir simplement ses azulejos, qui tapissent la nef du sol jusqu’à environ 1,50m.

With simple set-up you have created striking and intriguing abstract image. The lighting, exposure and focusing is exactly as it should be, creating an excellent photo with very nice details.

Salut Delphine, j'aime cette bonne image de cette composition intéressante avec des carreaux portugais belles et typiques, ainsi capturées dans cette image intéressante, avec une bonne netteté, la lumière, la couleur et la qualité. What a wonderful abstract photo, these ceramics are such a well known emblem of Portugal. Beautiful blue and white tones, sharpness and light control. The large white frame suits it superbly.

Hello Delphine,

This is nice. It doesn't always have to be the tourist attraction that makes a good photo. I think this is more personal to you. All the touristing photos everyboby has, and off course you want for yourself too, but it is think that most people don't see that is more meaningful. Good observation and I like the pattern and symetry of the image.
