This the same Atheneum as in Sabina's (degetica) latest photo, but this time by night.
Atheneum was iluminated recently...well it's been ilimunated before, but this time they say it's permanent.

cu un lucru care ne fascineaza pe toti

Hi Catalina,

This is an excellent night shot, sharp and clear. One thing I would have done and that is to have cropped the bottom of the frame just below the statue. Well done.

foarte buna fotografia, culorile sunt foarte bune chiar daca este facuta noaptea.
Si Ateneul arata extraordinar de bine cu noua aura ca sa zic asa, noua instalatie de iluminat exterior.

Buna Catalina
Excelent night shot. Singurul mic defect ar fi geometria perspectivei care e nitzel inclinata, dar na, si sarac si cu pretentzii. Oricum, e tare. Imi place. Foarte frumoase lumina si culorile si chiar ai prins si nitzel din cer. Incadrarea e buna. Printre cele mai frumoase poze cu Ateneul pe care le-am vazut. Bravo.

Hi Catalina,
I have seen the two versions and I prefere this one, well taken near the end of the so called blue hour, when the sky is deep blue and not totally dark. The nice lighting of the building produced here good contrasts and makes it stand out well.

Nice night picture of this impressive architecture, very good lighting and POV. You were able to obtain good details and sharpness. The hour you got it was perfect so we are able to see the deep blue sky color.

Having looked through your gallery I think this is one of your best shots. Good colours, nice light on the Atheneum, and a good contrast with the dark, but not black sky.
Nice composition, with the flowers in the front, just visible, making diagonal lines in the foreground. I like that you haev kept that part. The light is captured well and overall the picture is sharp enough.
Only, there are quite a lot jpeg artifacts, due to the compression. I see the photo is about 70 kb, try to keep it bigger next time, it will have better details then. Especially around the roof. But nice shot, thanks for sharing.
