Stara kapija izmedju dve kuce.

Old gate between two houses.

View of the old gate closed with a chain and padlock.
The gate, or gate, is a building element and an element of architecture that allows passage through the defensive line of a fortified whole. The word "gate" is of Turkish origin, and the Serbian word is "door".
As a rule, it has a security character and determines who can enter or leave the fortified whole - space and, as the main communication and security system, determines the boundaries between security inside and the world outside the fortification, the yard of a house or building.
Nobody lives in the house, the gate has not been open for a long time.
