Gare de Ciniglavci, a photo from Serbia, Nord

Voici près de trente ans que nous voyageons entre la Belgique et les Balkans.
S’il y a une route que nous connaissons bien, c'est celle qui traverse la Serbie de Batrovci à Dimitrovgrad.
Entre Nis et Dimitrovgrad, la route est la E80, ne vous y trompez pas c'est une nationale à deux bandes sur laquelle passe toute la circulation de l'Europe vers les Balkans et le Moyen-Orient.
En parallèle, une voie de chemin de fer unique suit le même trajet et est ponctuée de toutes petites gares rurales.
Ces gares ont vu passer le célèbre Orient-Express.
Ce train mythique n'existe plus, les gares y sont encore mais pour combien de temps?

An abandoned house is more interesting in black and white, I think. It adds seriousness and mystery.

nice shot here. Presented cleverly in monochrome. I think it suit the image a lot. There are scope for more sharpness but overall it is a nice one. Good POV. Niceld contrasting tone. A nice composition. Tfs.

Bonjour Patrick ,
L'atmosphère un peu nostalgique de ctte gare abandonnéeest ranforcée par l'utilisation du N&B . Tout bon cadrage . peut être un petit manque de netteté ?

PS : Pour la question sur mon post précédent , j'avais utilisé un HDR léger .

Digitally aged image of an old train station and the nice oldie worldie touch to this pic which absolutely suited in mono. A sad looking white elephant that says so much about the past glory serving the famous Orient Express Train. There's nothing like a steam train ride and routing around the paraphernalia on the station that goes with steam trains! Great shot - strong image even the sign on door is still there! I love seeing pictures that give me a glimpse into another world and this is one of them. A very well captured and presented, Congrats and tfs

Hello Patrick,

This is a long time thirty year, to the Balkan every year.
A pity that a lot houses in the rural areas in a ruins change.
Also stations disappear but also in Belgium disappear the old stations as solution for the files!
Black and white presentation is superb.
Excellent composition, nice captured.
