Photographer's Note
In November 2004 a strong storm and hurricane hit the Slovak High Tatras (Vysoke Tatry) destroying over 100 square kilometers of forests leaving flat land with fallen trees behind. This winter I visited the Tatras again and saw the remains of pine woods. I noticed this tree leaning - almost falling - and in the front I could also catch the roots of a fallen tree. I think it gives back a bit of the drama what happened there.
