Photographer's Note

Wielki Chocz 1611 m is the highest peak of the Choč Mountains. The upper part of the massif is built of dolomites and Triassic limestones, the slopes are steep and rocky, there are crags, caves, landslides and the Gołoborza. The Chocz massif is overgrown by beech, fir and spruce forests.

The summit of Wielki Chocz consists of several exposed rocks, from which there are wonderful views in every direction of the world.

Hello Janusz!

This is a very fine view as it combines totally wooded mountains with some with their summits above timber line. You can't find both types in one view very often!
