The radiant blue Christmas tree provides a stunning centre piece in this superb nocturnal shot of the square. The yellow amber lights either side add a nice warm cold color contrast. Good sharpness too. Tfs!

Hello Angel,
The "tree" is decorated with amusing figures or blue and green and is well illuminated. It brightens the dark street and attracts a lot of people who want to be near it and take family photos in front of it. The persons animate the view, and especially I like the silhouettes of the two standing closest to it.

As I wrote before to several TE friends:
There are some who accept the natural 3D shape of a tree as granted and then try to decorate him following what is given.
And there are some who fiorst create a mathematical surface and then feel free to decorate it ad libitum.
I appreciate that you include those for whom the tree is intended.

In more and more places you see the traditional Christmas replaced by the perfect harmony of the artificially decorated and illuminated cone. The traditional Christmas tree is still the most popular in the Netherlands.

Angel, este arbol de Navidad gigante es un punto de reunion para las familias de la ciudad, especialmente aquellas con niños. Esta formado por una estructura metalica sobre la que se encuentran suspendidas guirnaldas de luz. Las palmeras al fondo recuerdan el clima mediterraneo de Jerez de la frontera. Vivos colores, una imagen nitida. Feliz navidad.

Hola amigo Angel.
Bonito y colorido este cono, que ha sustituido a los arboles en todas partes, los tiempos cambian y no siempre a mejor.
No se si te diste cuenta que la foto que me comentaste del atardecer en Punta Umbria, llevaba otras dos fotos como WS, donde estabamos nosotros y Carmina.
Te deseo una feliz salida de año y que el Nuevo Año 2020 te sea muy favorable y feliz.
