Photographer's Note

Toledo is one of the most important centers of Spanish medieval history. The first historical document on its existence contributes Tito to it Livio, that describes it like a small fortified city. And it is that the strength has been always an important parameter of its history, still evident, because the walls can be still appreciated that surround it, and if it them had not been sufficient to defend of the enemies, there they are the swords of Toledo, world-wide known. Toledo was capital of Spain at gothic time, until 1560 at which he passed the capitalidad to Madrid. It explains so impressive the medieval architecture that it has. To walk by her is since to make a trip in the time and to land in the Average Age, in the best sense of the word. Thus one will feel inspired to search carefully a few ducados in the pockets to buy something of its crafts, great reputation, or to prove some of plates of his so recommendable kitchen. As it is so near Madrid, an excursion of a day can be made and to cross it finds out on foot, because in her everything is old helmet and the dimensions like in really impressive the Average Age.....
