Hi Piotr, and welcome to TE!
I think this picture really shows that it's a nice place. Technically I have a lot to say, but for the mood, it's good.

First of all, there's something I use to call the 2/3 rule. Often in pictures like this it's smart to let the sky cover about 1/3 or 2/3 of the whole, so I think it would work better if you cut either the sky or the sea. Second thing: The horizon is slightly tilted. It's not much, but it can easily be fixed. The third thing is that there's a backlight and most buildings end up dark against the bright sky. The sun is behind the building, not behind you. I realize you can't just drive the boat behind the buildings and get the same nice view, but as you see it's better in the right part of the picture. So perhaps if you took the picture one or two minutes earlier you would get a good light? But now it's done, and I think I would try cropping it to the left to avoid the worst light in the picture. But keep shooting! I like Barcelona, and it's nice to see pictures and views like this.
