View down from the Palau Nacional to the Plaza de España.

Palau Nacional was designed for the 1929 exposition; a kind of reaction against Gaudí and his friends, and its design is not very original. The Palau Nacional houses an art museum and an ethnography museum.

Hi Knut.
If you down the stairs until the fountain and then you turn to the right you'll arrive to my house (only crossing two streets).
Then, I am glad because with your photo I almsot can see my house.
Today I cannot post more WS. But tomorrow neither. Anyway, I promise post a WS where you'll "my" photo of this place. Really will be the opposite view of this one.

Bonjour mon bon ami,
J'aime cette façon de cadrer en utilisant le premier plan dans l'ombre, cela donne une ouverture sur cette place au coeur de laquelle nous découvrons cette superbe fontaine.
Très original et fort bien conçu.
P.S. : Merci pour la critique relative à la porte fortifiée, vous avez l'oeil pour avoir remarqué le blason !

A spectacular over view to the well known Plaza de España. The POV is magnific and the composition is perfect with this beautiful sillouette in foreground, with its statues, framing the view. The lighting is very well balanced, showing us a clear image full of details. Congratulations!

Hi Knut,
This is a superb POV that allows the eye to wander in many directions. The silhouetted foreground is most enhancing and you did a good job of controlling the light beyond. The mountains in the distance help cloak the city and both balance and complete the frame. Well captured.
