Taken from the Castillo de Santa Barbara that towers above the city of Alicante and is one of the largest medieval fortresses in Europe.

Alicante is an interesting city that may not have the style or reputation of its siblings like Barcelona and Madrid but has a charm that is a mix of cultures and a lively atmosphere which is perhaps due to its large student population.

A fine and interesting panoramic view over this famous city (which I've never visited). I'm much in favour of high pov sights because they satisfy my curiosity about places.
I like how you set the castle to the right and of course the gorgious sky which gives its special flavour to the photo.
