Arcos de la Frontera is a village in the province of Cádiz, gateway to the route of the Pueblos Blancos,(Wite Villages) located 160 meters above the River Guadalete atop the Hill of La Pena, is one of the Pueblos Blancos of Andalucia's most beautiful, and was declared an artistic historic complex.

The Pueblos Blancos,(Wite Villages) are a tourist route, composed of small towns and villages, located in the mountains of the Spanish provinces of Cadiz and Malaga, covering the natural parks of Grazalema and Alcornales.
This route called Pueblos Blancos, (white villages) due to their towns and villages are predominantly painted white, and the facades of the houses bear colorful flowers vases, making this route in a very picturesque and cultural travel

I love the title, the picture and the angle. A true abyss on a very clear geographical frontier. Besides that, the groves down on the plane and the beautiful sky above with a few flurries of cloud, transform the edge of the city on the abyss into a beautifully embroidered skyline. The clarity of the detail has already become João Correia's hallmark!
