Photographer's Note

Along the waterfront in Stockholm's Östermalm district runs one of Stockholm's finest streets, Strandvägen.

Strandvägen is Swedish for "Beach Road".

Completed just in time for the Stockholm World's Fair 1897, it quickly became known as one of the most prestigious addresses in town.

Hi Kris,

the wonderful glow of light on the buildings is amplified with all the white. Love the sense of dimension reaching far into the shot. very nice.

a stunning light in this shot and an incredible sky. The columnar of the buildings is quite striking as is you POV and composition. The whole image has a Canaletto feel to it, I love it!! Superb shot!
