Mute Swan (Cygnus olor)
These two cute youngsters were from a litter of 5 more cygnets. They were visiting me frequently during the summer together with their parents. When they got used to me, I could take my photos without bothering them to much.
I first removed some dust and scratches + odd reflections in the water using a clone brush, and then I slightly increased brightness and contrast. The picture had a little green overtone, which was decreased, until I was satisfied with general impression. Then it was cropped, resized and sharpened.

These guys are precious! I love that shot is so sharp that you can see how downy they are. You've captured them at a very nice moment. In my opinion, though, I'd crop out a little on the right and the bottom. Also, the water seems sort of blurry or out of focus, and has some streaks on it. I'm not sure if that's from processing or from the light, but I find it distracting.
