Photographer's Note
It is a foggy night in November, the time is around midnight and I am waiting for the train. It is kind of chilly in the air but the fog shinks the world to a small sphere around me and gives me a comfortable, cozy, warm, wrapped up feeling. I am feeling very alive, even though I am doing something as dull as waiting for the train.
The cool flurescent light of the newly renovated station contrasts nicely against the warm incandescent light from the railway lights, this becomes especially apparent in the fog. I put my camera on the platform and take this shot to remember that moment, one foggy November night, feeling alive, waiting for the train.

Now that I look at the full size picture I like it a lot better than the thumbnail. Especially the rediish/pinkish color against the blueish is a beautiful contrast which is complemented with the green of the letters on the display. I like it. The image is intriguing and has little noise

It's beautiful, Mattias, I like it a lot. Especially that you did put the camera down and got this lovely low angle, making the roof of the platform along with the edge toward the rails run through the picture as a nice diagonal. It's also a good catch of the colors and lights. The blue columns are great and together with the lights, softened by the fog, they convey a smooth contrast to the darker parts of the image. Well done on a late night!
