Photographer's Note
This is the door to a pottery store close to Kronhuset (the Crown House) in Gothenburg. You can see the Crown House in the WS and far away you can probably see this door.
The Crown House is the oldest and still existing building in Gothenburg. It was built in 1642-1654 as an arsenal, i.e. a combined grain and artillery depot. In 1660 it was used as a parliamentary session house for the swearing of allegiance to the four-year oldhereditary prince, crowned King Charles XI. The ground floor was garrison quarters in 1680-1898.
The premises are now used by Gothenburg Wind Orchestra.

Hello Gunnar,
But quite an interesting one. I like the angle of view and the graphical lines offered by shutter and window. The pottery wreaths and the geraniums are a nice addition. Very good colours and clarity.

Hej Gunnar,
a wonderful and very charming composition on a topic that is also of great interest for me: human beings'need for decoration! Excellent management of the light and beautiful bright colours. TfS!

Hej Gunnar,
A fine door and a nice composition, but I think you have reverted to your old sins ;-) of overexposing a bit. To be quite honest, I prefer the ws, where the colours are much better and the massive structure of the fine old building is very impressive.

Hallå Gunnar!
This window and door looks a bit unswedish to me (wich ofcourse is something good). I like the dekorations made by seashells. I haven´t made up my mind about the flashlight but it certainly gives an effect to the composition.

Hello Gunnar,
I admire the composition and the care taken to the framing of your images. They are beautiful and sober. This one still made dream, a treat of colors and associated forms. Congratulations.
Have a nice day

Hello Gunnar.
An interesting decorated doorway set beside some lovely flowers. However, it's a little over-exposed and has a large area of white. Maybe a little cropping could reduce it. Actually, I think the WS shot should be the main upload and this one the WS! It could be a close-up of the door you can see distantly in the bottom left corner of the WS. The WS is very nicely exposed indeed and shows what an impressive building it is. Interesting note, thanks.
Regards,
Andrew

Hallo Gunnar!
It's not only a door - it's a beautiful "ensemble". You caught it from a skillful angle. A truly summerly scenery which we will want back in some weeks ...
Greetings from cloudy but dry Siegen! We'll have a hike now ... ;-)

hej Gunnar,
First I thought It was a hubcaps that some one found on the roads and put up on the doors in case some one missed them. and then I thought it was Christmas wreaths... well the house looks very fine. and the flower works well against the blue.
