Photographer's Note
Train of Wengeralpbahn descending from Kleine Scheidegg towards Grindelwald, with massive north face of the Eiger mountain in the background.
Wengeralpbahn, built with a gauge of 800 mm, was opened in 1893. The line starts from Lauterbrunnen, climbs via carless resort village of Wengen to Kleine Scheidegg where it has connection with Jungfraubahn. From Kleine Scheidegg the line descends to Grindelwald. With its 19 km of length,
Wengeralpbahn is the longest continuous cogwheel line in the world.

Hi Kari
Great capture as we can feel that sense of small in this very appropriate title. They look like crushed by the rocky mountain but hopefully they have a green barrier in between.

Kari,
I see you have special interest in trains. Very nice level & steep slope of green and part the massive wall of the Eiger. I was here last September. Good to see this well captured photo.
Regards. Latiff.

Hi Kari
Amazing shot, showing very well what the title says. I just wish I had a bigger screen.

Hello Kari,
after seen (part of) your gallery, I agree with your introduction. There is not a style, in the positive sense that any picture is different from the others. I much appreciate this characteristic, in comparison with those "points-collecting" TE members, who on one hand post always the same picture and on the other hand make lots of similar comments.
Regarding this picture, the title perfectly fits the subject and the quite unusual composition (no sky...) is perfect to represent the idea you wanted to transmit.
Best regards, Dario.
PS Sorry for my "Italian" English. I hope you will be able to understand my comment.
