Father and daughter on a steam train trip.

Actually the journey was a bit smoky especially in tunnels. Travelling on a hot weather windows open on the first car behind the steam engine.

A lovely composition, Kari, I like the dark green of the train combined with the light green of the girl's clothes. Very nice light on the couple.

It's usually the smokers you see hanging out of the window. I love this little scene where the daughter is obviously putting all her weight on her arms and appears to be the same height as Dad. Lovely candid shot.

Hi Kari,
Great observation, captured in an excellent composition. It is amazing that nostalgia it often wins of pollution and the smoke is taken for granted.
