Standard B&W setting with the contrast set high. I like the way the breakline of the water lead the eye to the middle of the picture where the detail of the small child running adds the right amount of action to the capture to sum uo the scene.

I like the feel of this photograph; it is very like a cinematic review for a film which you just know will frighten the wits out of you. Have tried a workshop though just to straighten the horizon and lighten it up a bit more.
