Lights and corridors - Nude/Action/Body temporary exhibition

Tate Modern Gallery est un important musée d'art moderne et contemporain. Elle est située à Bankside, un quartier de la rive sud de la Tamise, non loin de London Bridge. Elle est installée dans l'ancienne centrale électrique de Bankside : un bâtiment d'un grand intérêt architectural situé en face de la Cathédrale Saint-Paul.

Tate Modern stands at the heart of London, linked to St Paul's Cathedral by the new millennium footbridge. The building is a remarkable combination of the old and the new.

The original Bankside Power Station was designed by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott who was also the architect of Battersea Power Station, the Liverpool Anglican cathedral and the famous British red telephone box.

The building consists of a brick-clad steel structure, constructed from more than 4.2 million bricks. The height of the central chimney was limited to 325 feet (99 metres) in order to be lower than the dome of St Paul's Cathedral.

J'aime beaucoup la perspective et la dominance jaune de la photo. La composition est bien équilibré et droite. Je me suis permis d'ajuster les niveaux dans un worshop.
Bravo !

Je découvre ton style au fur et à mesure de tes publications. Originale cette photo pour présenter la Tate Modern Gallery. Beaucoup de géométrie avec de belles couleurs. Bien vu Sylvie.

oui j'aime beaucoup le sujet qui frise l'abtraction. la présence de l'homme nous remet les pieds sur terre. le ws de de xav est bien vu. j'ai aussi fait un ws en recadrant et en privilégiant le noir.
l'angle de vue et l'atmosphère de ta photo me plaisent beaucoup.

Salut Sylvie, Voilà une photo très întêressante, d'une originalité folle, pour nous montrer un endroit qui sort de l'ordinaire. Un sacré coup d'oeil, une bonne réalisation. Bravo .
