Photographer's Note
Normally when I travel (for work), I simply have no time to sight see and surely no time for any photography. Its a very strange feeling to see most of the view from a car window, kind of like watching TV. Many of my travel photos are simply taken through windows. London never seems to change and this view of London through an old window probably looks the same a century ago. Imagine for a moment ... can you hear the horses' hoofs on the cobble stones?

Hi John, nice to see you back with this new photo from London. The window provides a fine framing device, and who needs "painter" type of filters in photo processing software if you've got these fine glass elements providing such a distinct rendition of the outside urban scenery. Very nice one.

I like the reflective note. INteresting building you seem to be in there, makes a good frame. So you were working in London last week, are you home now?

I've been coming back to this one for quite sometime..
The cracked window just in the middle and a glipmse of colour in the foreground on the left give life to this first layer, making it not just a "tool" to look into the impressionist outside.
Nostalgic.
