Photographer's Note

When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;

(from Daffodils (1804) by William Wordsworth (1770-1850).)
This shot follows on from yesterday’s post. You will find all the details about the wild daffodils at Farndale here.
I had several goes at this one trying different focal points to get as much in focus as possible. I wanted a wide DOF so I had to put the ISO up to 400 to get a faster speed as it was quite breezy and I didn’t want motion blur. I got some funny looks, as I was laid on my tummy on a black bin bag to get this low POV, and it was quite busy with walkers.
It's not tilted - there was an incline.
High compression needed again.
