Photographer's Note

Most Sunday afternoon's, I go for a walk with at least one of my daughter's if not both. Last weekend we went to Seaburn and the North Sea was having a it of a bounce. there must have been 100-200 people taking photo's of the specticle.
I have tried a number of times to take photo's of breaking waves but have never too successful, this was an opportunity not to be missed.
The day was still, cold and the sky was blue, a beautiful winters day. There must have been a storm a few miles of shore due to the size of the swell coming in. As the waves hit the sea wall they rose nearly 20 feet into the air. As they returned back to the sea they collided with the next incoming wave making the sea look as if it was boiling.
