Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

Please click here to see the larger Beta version.

My photograph, today, shows a quite different view of the Balmoral Hotel. Here, you can see it through the roof of Waverley Station. (For a different view, please see my earlier photograph.)

As our TE group was walking along Market Street, I looked into the entrance to the station. Apart from the towering impression of the hotel, I was really attracted by the effect that the perspex roof caused on the sky.

What a change had occurred in the weather between the time that this shot was taken and our earlier grey shots from the castle! Any time earlier and there would have been no blue sky to photograph!

I wish you all blue skies today, in the hope that the repeated showers will move from N.E. Lancashire, too, Bev :-)
